How is the price set?+
You choose your offer. No separate service fee is added; any applicable tax and your final total are shown before you pay.
When am I charged?+
You pay when you post. Your pickup is shown to drivers only after payment. If the price later changes (for example, you accept a driver's offer), the difference is charged or refunded.
Is it only for junk removal?+
No. You can have items hauled away, or have furniture and other items transported from one address to another.
Is NIXIFY available near me?+
NIXIFY works where local drivers on our network are active, and coverage is still growing. We can't guarantee a nearby driver, and a pickup time is confirmed only once a driver accepts.
What if no driver accepts my pickup?+
Your paid pickup stays open to drivers — it isn't cancelled or refunded automatically. You can improve the details, raise your offer, or turn on offers so drivers can propose a price. You can also cancel at any time before a driver accepts for a full refund to your original payment method, which usually arrives within 5–10 business days.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. Before a driver accepts, you get a full refund. After a driver accepts (including while they are on the way), a 10% cancellation fee applies. Once the driver has started the pickup, the fee is $25 or 10% of the pickup price, whichever is greater. See our Terms for details.
When can I see my driver's location?+
Only during your active pickup. Live location sharing starts when your driver taps “On my way” and ends when the job is completed or cancelled. NIXIFY doesn't show driver locations outside an active job.
How do drivers get paid?+
Available earnings are paid out to the driver's bank automatically every day. Bank arrival times vary by bank. Instant Cash Out is available only to eligible accounts.
What can't be hauled?+
Hazardous materials, chemicals, explosives, flammable substances, and other items listed in our Terms are prohibited. Drivers may refuse items they believe are prohibited.
